If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.Items must be unused/undamaged, in original condition, and securely packaged.Return shipping is paid by the customer (we recommend tracked/insured service).Original shipping is non‑refundable.Damaged or faulty items-If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos.We’ll arrange a return and provide a full refund, including shipping.

As most of the lights we have in our shop are vintage, there will inevitably be some wear and tear on some. However, we do our very best to be 100% honest and point out any damages on products.

No vat is payable if you purchase from within the E.U.If you are purchasing from Great Britain, a VAT rate of 20% applies to all purchases. As we use D.D.U (delivery duty unpaid) you will be asked by the relevant customs authorities to pay the rate prior to receiving your item.

We will deliver anywhere. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we will gladly give you a quote.We have a standard rates of €20 for Europe and €15 for U.K and are visible at time of checkout. Most of our vintage pieces are one-offs, and our contemporary designs are made in small numbers or as single pieces. If an item sells, it may not be available again.

Yes. We check and restore vintage lights before listing them. Where needed, we clean them, replace worn parts, and test the fitting. Any important restoration work is noted in the product description.

Dust gently with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Always switch the light off before cleaning. If a piece needs repair or servicing, use a qualified electrician.
